LXLR-FR3300L
On August 23rd, Lanxin VMR officially launched its first humanoid robot, VersaBot (VB-1), at the 2024 World Robot Conference. This groundbreaking product is the world's first "pure" vision-based humanoid robot, integrating multi-dimensional perception, dynamic decision-making, and autonomous learning capabilities, poised to redefine the path of intelligent upgrades in the manufacturing industry.
Name: VersaBot
Model: VB-1
Height: 1600 mm
Arm Span: 2000 mm
Navigation: Pure vision navigation
Safety: 360° visual obstacle avoidance
Docking: 3D visual docking
Capabilities: Mobile transport, mobile grasping, precise loading/unloading, efficient sorting
3D Pure Vision Navigation: Equipped with an RGB-D camera, VersaBot intelligently captures natural features of the 3D environment, converting depth images into point cloud maps without the need for any manual markers. It offers a 270°x70° wide field of view, high resolution of 1608x280, 10 fps high frame rate, and 30m long-range sensing capabilities, enabling real-time acquisition of RGB and 3D point cloud data.
360° Visual Obstacle Avoidance: VersaBot features four obstacle avoidance cameras surrounding the robot, capable of detecting black high-reflective objects. With built-in obstacle avoidance algorithms, it supports I0 output for RGB-D and depth multimodal data, and operates within a 0.2-4 m range, allowing for real-time detection of hanging and low-lying obstacles. Its advanced semantic recognition algorithms provide richer obstacle information (including distance and object names), intelligently determining whether obstacles are dynamic or static and switching between stop and bypass strategies for smarter avoidance.
3D Visual Docking: A high-precision dual-lens RGB-D and depth multimodal camera is mounted on VersaBot’s chest, with a distance measurement range of 300-600 mm and a field of view of 110°x90°. The system offers a recognition accuracy of ±0.1 mm at 350 mm and an onboard computing power of 6 Tops, enabling high-precision object positioning for accurate grasping.
Self-Developed Core Controller: VersaBot is powered by VMR's self-developed core controller, a robot controller continually optimized using vast amounts of industrial mobile robot data. This controller serves as the "brain" of VersaBot, ensuring more reliable and stable operations, with superior business logic and task execution algorithms.
